At Sign PDF, we believe that your documents should remain private. Unlike traditional online PDF signers, we do not use servers to process your files. Everything happens locally on your device.

Documents: We do NOT collect, store, or transmit your PDF documents. When you upload a file, it is loaded into your browser's memory and never sent to our servers.

Signatures: Your signatures are created and stored locally in your browser. We do not have access to them.

3. Technical Security

Our website implements a strict Content Security Policy (CSP) that prevents any data from being sent to external domains. This is a mathematical guarantee that your data stays in your browser.

4. Cookies and Analytics

Theme Preference: We use local storage to remember your theme preference (dark/light mode).

Usage Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics, such as the number of PDF uploads, signatures added, and downloads. This helps us understand how the tool is being used and how to improve it. We do NOT track individual users, and no document content or personal data is ever sent to Google Analytics.
